Microsoft buying Yahoo!

So when I turned on my laptop just now, I saw on my homepage that Microsoft is trying to buy out Yahoo. The deal is going for $44.6 billion! Microsoft said they will not take no for an answer. However, there is no guarantee that Yahoo is even willing to sell. I couldn't even imagine being part of a decision like that. That's nuts!
