Oil Prices Are Going To Sky Rocket
In January 2020, oil prices are going to sky rocket to $150 a barrel. Saudi Arabia has the largest oil field in the world but is decreasing very fast. This sends oil prices up especially for the US. The United States has the largest consumption of oil in the world. We use 22.5 million barrels a day of oil. 71% of the total oil consumption in the US is used for transportation. 40% of the oil we use for transportain will end up in your gas tank. Hopefully the US can perfect their technology with different types of fuel powered cars and stop relying on oil.

Ya it is crazy how much the gas prices have gone up. it cost me alittle over $60 to fill my tank, and my Jeep doenst get the greatest gas mileage. With the amount of driving i do its really starting to eat up my funds.
I having to fill up my tank because it takes so much money! I know that since you're a commuter, you must spend a lot of money going to and from campus. I don't think I would want to do that. I agree with you that you think that we need to perfect the technology that we have so we don't spend so much money on oil.
